A lone doorman's keen eye for fake IDs at a Baton Rouge casino six years ago is all that took to put the LSU QB position in a perpetual tailspin since 2009. That one pivotal moment probably has cost us a NC or two between then and now. Agree or disagree?

I agree that it's Les Miles job to find a qb in a 7 year period.

That is a pretty sorry excuse.

it's the doorman's fault. Good job placing blame elsewhere.

6 years ago. bullshite excuse. Poor recruiting and development bh the coaching staff is the reason. After the jefferson nightmare it is pathetic we are right back in the same situation. Miles is to blame.

i think it definitely effected the 4 years after that.

Then Mett wasn't that bad, and this new mess is Les's fault.

Good point, which probably explains those 7 consecutive losing seasons.
Thanks for bringing that to our attention.

I love how everyone acts like Mett doesn't exist for some reason. He was great last year.

I'm so tired of this being used as an excuse for Les just simply signing QBs that were not good

I said the same thing when RP was dismissed and called it the "Perrilloux Effect". Said it would set the program back for years and damned if it has not. Miles needs a QB like the flowers needs the rain...
