14 seconds left in the half with the clock stopped, and we go for a field goal rather than take a shot, or two, into the end zone.
Seriously???? Jennings can barely complete 50% of his passes and throws picks/takes ill advised sacks and you wanted LSU to pass the ball??

To put Jennings play in better perspective

Completion % - 48.8 - Jennings is dead last in the SEC
Passing yds- 1,460 yds - Jennings is dead last in the SEC
Passing efficiency - 115 - Jennings is dead last in the SEC
TD's thrown - 10 - Jennings is dead last in the SEC
INT's % per Attempts - .032 - Jennings is dead last in the SEC

This really is the only thing that needs posted in these threads

How anyone can argue against this and for Jennings is beyond me

Pumpers point to your last statement and say (gleefully), "See? LSU is great, all's well, just wait until next year."
Sensible people, otoh, look at the body of work and shake their heads ruefully, knowing next year will be same as this year long as AJ is our starter.

Sensible? the dude just said hed rather have lost that game. Period end of story. Im sorry i want my team to win, dont give a shite who is playing.

i know jennings just isnt good enough. i know he will give it his all and im not pumping sunshine. Unless we can keep guys from leaving early we arent going to be competing next year with a young oline and it wouldnt matter if we had mett back. Im just hoping with grimes in place and with jennings or whomever at the helm we can mask that by running more read option plays and getting the qb on the move.

Yep - once again, Miles blew it and had a young QB with no valuable playing time. KY game was a perfect example. You have a 31 point lead and BH is still sitting on the bench in the 3rd. Just a terrible pattern with Miles and QBs. The man just does not get it nor does he care to change.

Harris came in and immediately threw a pick. look im all for giving the other guy a chance, but if he isnt doing what the coaches are asking him, hes not going to fricking play. Whether you agree with that or not doesnt really matter.

I can easily point to last season and show you where jennings played the majority of the 2nd half in blow outs and we sat mett. UAb is one example.

They should have let him throw more, of course he could have played the 3rd as well

Those passing stats cited above show that Jennings isn't the answer at QB.

And Miles has squandered opportunities to give Harris some helpful playing time.

I think Harris will be the better QB next year.

No, it was A&M and he still showed he cannot pass consistently. He has a weak arm and no pocket presence. LSU must find a better QB.
