I know a guy that shot through the floorboard and the brake line on his truck.

it was a shock for sure. He had it in a soft rifle case. Went to unzip it and pulled it back with the barrel between his feet on the floorboard.I asked him if it was loaded. He said no. I asked him to slide the bolt back and make sure. He did and sure enough it had a bullet in it.He says"It got a safety on it,it ain't going to do nothin" Bout when he said that he pushed the bolt back forward and the fricking thing went off. I'll i saw was foam and smoke in the air.Thought he blew his damn foot off. He didn't and it barely missed my fuel line.

I'm waiting on him to come here and tell the whole story. I'm not going to stop hunting with him. Things happen. Luckily, in this instance he has has the ability to learn and move on.

I am the brother, and I am not the stupid frick that shot my truck. My buddy was putting the shotgun on the rack while I was driving. The gun was never pointed at anyone. I'm just driving paying attention to the road and all of a sudden BOOM!. I did not know what the hell happened. I almost died once hunting already. I'm glad no one is hurt, and it sucked. I chewed his arse, but it could've been much worse.
Also, my a-hole brother, itismemc, posted it all over FB and now people think I did it. I always unload any gun before i put it on the rack.
