Ok, then what if the gun gets turned on you. Again, this is not about the money. I could give a rats arse about the banks insured money. That is not the point.

a few things have already been brought up...

-bank robbers are there for the banks money and to exit quick, they aren't interested in engaging customers unprovoked
-bank policy is to let the robbery occur and solve the crime later, not deter it from happening in progress
-most bank robberies involve a note and a threat to a teller, there aren't many heat or point break style bank robberies and shootouts where a customer would be forced to defend oneself

customers carrying in a bank has more risk than reward

is what youre saying because that applies to any location, not just banks. You are essentially disagreeing with the root of CC if you believe this.

Most people think all bank robberies happen the same way they do on TV or in the movies.

You are ignoring what bapple, dnm3305 and myself have stated is that we don't want to carry in a bank to play cops and robbers and stop the robbery. Carrying a gun is incase the robbers decide to turn the firearm on myself. I understand that apparently most in here are extremely in tune with the robber mind-set and know that they aren't there to hurt anyone. All I know is they are criminals, and criminals do illegal things.

I think people that CC just realize that this world we live in has crazy people in it, and the likely hood of having to use a gun in self-defense is small. However, if the situation ever presents itself you are prepared. If you don't agree with that that's fine. you will never know who is CC'ing around you until the S%$t has hit the fan. Drawing your weapon is the last course of action (meaning at that point you fear that someone is about to take your life).
