Guys who don't touch their chest on the bench press don't bother. The guy that bothers me is the usually mid-30's to mid-40's guy wearing the generic "Navy Seals"/"Army Ranger"/"Special Forces" T-shirt who stands in the middle of the gym (I go to a 24 Hours) and practices his elaborate martial arts katas before sitting down, cross legged and going into some meditation. I've been going to the same gym for about 12 years and have seen about a half dozen guys do this over the years. Must be reading the same book of Douchebaggery.
