I was sitting in the stands and sometime in the third quarter I asked myself the same question, where is Trey Quinn?

I couldn't remember seeing him on the field at all. If he got minutes then they certainly weren't many.

I wonder if Amari Cooper gets benched after drops.
He had what, about 2 drops against LSU right?
Did they stop throwing the ball to him?
Was he 'benched' against MSU?

Why would receivers play? Oh, I get it, they are decoys at the receiving position, like AJ at the qb position.

Lets be honest, Quinn hasn't really shown anything Diarse hasn't shown, if that.

I think he is good, but putting simon the field over Dupre or Diarse, which he often was, didn't make any sense.

While i agree that Jennings needs to see the bench, lets not pretend switching your second receiver is the same as switching your starting QB.

And honestly we are probably a lot less critical of Jennings of Quinn catches those multiple 1st downs he dropped to close out the game.

Quinns been dropping them all season. Wish Diarse would have been given more of a chance this year.

Not defending the young guys but look at the video of Arkansas game where TE Smith gets his head taken off. The hog player is ejected from the game for hitting a defenseless player so we get 15 yards.

Now look at the real problem, Smith is what 6'-6" tall and the ball is over thrown by 3 feet and late. Now you get it, the balls are poorly thrown, telegraphed and late. These receivers know they are fixing to get their head crunched and what would you do. FLINCH

Just another way of looking at dropped passes
