what exactly does he do

He does what other HC's do. He coordinates it all and gets the team up and ready to play. He's the leader.

“I don’t know what’s going on there,” Miles said when asked about an offense that managed 36 rushing yards on 32 attempts and a second straight passing output of less than 90 yards.

How is this possible? Is there anyway that it is true? If it is, what does that say about Miles as a head coach? Unreal, but in the context of the offense it is plausible. Wow. Just freaking wow.

To play devils advocate, didn't people on this board beg, plead, and demand les get as far from the offense as possible?

I just find this funny. I never was one that thought Miles called plays and it has pretty much been proven by past players that he doesnt. But the fans wanted Miles to give complete control to the OC, now they want him to meddle.

I agree you tell your oc to start throwing the ball. But then again, you guys dont want Les to touch the offense.

Make up your minds already.

This

It's simple. If it works credit cameron. If it doesn't blame miles.

i guess there is no point anymore. ive tried and tried to state how this offense is nothing like we ran under crowton. Cam comes from the Don coryell coaching tree.

Fire Chavis for offensive production, or better yet, allowing opponents to take points off the board.

People believe what they want and the mob mentality on this board is astounding. I agree with ya

yep that's about it. Every interview and statement before (as in his belief that Harris would get significant playing time) and after the game suggest he is as surprised as we are by what Cam is doing with this offense. Miles biggest mistake was having to much confidence in Cam.

that's what makes me believe that Cam can change. I'm not ready to give up on him yet but Miles needs to lay it down on him.

exactly, He's as shocked by what he is seeing as well as we are. He's saying Cam's decisions are surprisingly stupid but in a more professional manner.

The thing that worries me is that cam along with norv turners offenses seem to get stale the longer they are at a place. just didnt expect it to happen so soon.

If you guys really believe that this is all Cams Offense and Miles has nothing to do with it at all, I have some ocean front property in Az I'll make you a hell of a deal on.

We have been running the same predictable, slow, boring O since 08. Run A gap, run B gap, pass, punt or repeat. Throw in a strange trick play here and there but that's been it. we have been through 4 coordinators and just by chance, they all have the same play book and run the same " square peg in the round hole " offense. All 4 can't develop QBs, all 4 always leave the better player on the bench, and all 4 have a strange way of pulling. Great, working plays from the play book never to be seen again. These 4 coordinators also have the same habit of pulling their hot hand and benching them for no reason . Yeah, this is all cams Offence. Miles just walks around with his play sheet doing the Harlem shake

in all honesty, it was pretty stale last season. With out the great individual play of Mett, Landry, OBJ and Hill, It would have stunk just as bad.

did you even watch when Crowton was here? It sucked, maybe not as bad, but it WAS different. Studs was similar in some aspects, but better also.

now I see, another one of those bitter about Lee. Sure keep believing that Lee would have made a difference in the NC. Dude couldn't hold up to pressure and Bama was running straight through our O line. I guess Shep was a great unused talent also
