I feel your pain.
I miss my 67 so bad. I only have one or two pics left of it too.

I miss it's quirks, like if I took a turn and hit a bump the hubcap would fly off.
Or that it had no seat belts and the passenger door could randomly fly open, and that the power steering hose would sometimes hit the header and start a fire, and that it took ten minutes to start on a cold day, and that it was a convertible so it was always too cold or too hot and most of all I miss that it had drum brakes in the front and if it was wet and I was slowing down and taking a turn, I would always slide straight into the curb, then have to back up and then finish my turn.

But oh man was it a P-magnet in High School.
I even drove it in three parades.

Most of that is function over form. I get how it can look like that to some people but to make that car function with 845 hp and still resemble a mustang, all of those mods are necessary (sans sticker).

I think they did a hell of a job.

It's not really a Mustang. Stupid arse women. It's a professional built rally car made just for this shoot

Velocity stacks are the devil! Lol
My first run in with them were on a Detomaso Pantera with a 351 Cleveland. 8 one barrel carburetors. They called it an Inglese induction system.

Any more info on the drivetrain of that thing?
With the all new flat-plane crank GT350 today it has me interested in knowing mode about V8s for no real reason

ETA. I checked the link. Pretty cool setup. Kind of like the notchback in this application.

Assuming it's even lighter than the fastback?
