I live in the suburbs and my house is right off the lake and there are a lot of wooded areas in the neighborhood, and I've come across all of those things at one time or another. I'll come across some deer fairly often, too.. usually hanging out at night near the edge of the woods.

Add coyotes to the list, too.

I live in an urban area and we have all of that but armadillos and whooping cranes within a mile of our house. There are no armadillos or whooping cranes in CO, so we dont get those.

We also have a bald eagle that nests within a mile of our house.

We also have coyotes and foxes.

in atl i have seen in my yard: deer, coyotes, hawks, falcons, barred owls who live on my property, great horned owls, opossums, raccoons, rabbits, chipmunks, a giant rat, mice, squirrels galore of course, copperheads and various other snakes and other reptiles, armadillos, wild turkeys, all sorts of local and migratory birds, turtles, bass and other fish in the creek.

in montana (in town Missoula), i have a regular (tagged) giant black bear who visits (haven't seen him in a while come to think of it). and various other creatures (not as wide a variety as Atlanta): elk, raccoon (giant), magpies, tons of deer--two young bucks hang out in my neighbor's unfenced yard.
