Well, one thing is certain. His daughter will never be raped again.

I think the "alleged" part of the "alleged rapist" is just what media does, not wanting to get sued.
Dude knew he did it. Took revenge.

Well played, father guy. Well played.

Why wasn't it a crime of passion or something? Because it was premeditated?

Why would you accept that invitation? Did the rapist not know that the father knew?
You think the dude would have recognized the house...

Well, I hope he wasn't wrongfully accused somehow.

Assuming he's guilty, justice has been served.

yea let's celebrate a guy killing someone in a grotesque way even though we have no clue if he actually raped her or not.

not really

quote:

According to police, the 45-year-old alleged rapist is suspected of being one of two people that raped the victim two months ago when she was home alone.

there's a good chance he was completely innocent and the real rapists are now long gone after hearing this story.

maybe if India had a justice system, or society for that matter, that prosecuted rape, victims wouldn't have to go through extrajudicial means to get justice

The media definitely overuses the "allegedly" title even when it is clear that the person did it, but sometimes it actually means allegedly. This could be one of those times. It isn't something where it would be obvious that the "alleged" rapist is the guilty party.
