Of course. All gas appliances work. Gas lamp, stove, hot water heater. No gas is coming out of the fireplace at all. And my bills are always paid on time.

That isn't a problem for Atmos. Their job is to get gas to your house which they are doing. You probably need to bleed the line. If that doesn't work, call a plumber.

then it is not the gas providers issue. They are responsible for the gas from their utility mains to the meter. the homeowner is responsible from all piping past the meter.
