Chrissie, what kind of birds and where? I was south of El Campo and it was almost only teal with a few spoonies and Mexican Whistlers.

Brushed blinds at the duck hunting lease this morning, marsh south or Amelia, had ducks everywhere! Easily well over 100 teal and around 100 big ducks. Has me pumped for duck season now.

Back in stand. Almost no wind. Field they cut Thursday is now disked under. Dropped 50 pounds of corn Thursday about 400 yards up the woodline , none left. Cam took 3 pics before batterys died. Going to try again

Hampton, AR
55 with a north wing @ 4 mph
Climber in a pin oak flat
Obsession Evolution
This spot is covered up with doe. New scrapes are showing up every day so I'm setup 20 yards downwind of a good thicket hoping to catch a buck cruising the edge for a doe.

Hot Damn 4, you in Ringgold?
Five Miles from Ringgold at a buddy's camp. Come on by for the evening if you're around. I've been to Ringgold two times today, which are two times more than I've been in 36 3/4 years on earth. Time forgot Sibley, LA when I tried to buy beer there earlier.

St James
Badass weather
Bow and killin sticks
In a box stand that's gonna be a bitch to shoot out of because I didn't feel like lugging my heavy arse climbing stand here.

We don't have much. We lease this small block from a private landowner. Other than 3 small sections like this the only oaks we have left are strips along creeks that had to be left by the timber companies.

More teal than I've ever seen in a marsh. Pins greys and widgeon were high but there. Few spoonies. We passed on those. Didn't see a tree duck.
