Preferably not rouses. Anywhere from the northshore to lafourche parish.

Dang, I dig that place. All of the dioramas/tableaux of crawfish doing people things (dancing, etc), the taxidermy, etc. Everything from new crop pecans to pumpkins...

Do yourself a favor and get a hot ham and cheese po boy.
I love that place as well. You can get everything from fireworks to fresh beans to .22 bullets to a sack of crawfish to a pack of worms. Mr.Surgeon is a super nice guy too.

I would suggest this as well. Get a few of them and skip the gator meat. It is fricking gross.

I cannot imagine wanting to buy that over beef, pork or fowl. It is just gross.

I've never seen a whole alligator packaged like that. That's nuts!

Gross? What a third-grade word. Your gross is always someone else's delicious.
If you saw a skinned side of beef or half hog, you'd probably feel the same way about those meats. Or how about peeled chicken feet? Animal proteins aren't naturally boneless, skinless, and tidy. If you can't face the animal, then quit eating meat. But there's nothing gross about seeing a whole creature.

Seen plenty. Don't bother me at all.

Lizards don't taste good. I have cleaned and fried hundreds of pounds of gator for charity. It is gross.
And just to re-iterate...
