Sounds more like debt and inadequate cash on hand. Definitely a third-world problem.

Bank made me get a new debit card because I used my old one at Home Depot. Already locked the pin# by entering it wrong too many times.

You memorize your credit card number? Is that just to make it easier for online purchases?
