I knew that Tripp was recording Lewinsky every chance she got, but I don't recall Lewinsky recording Clinton. I think you're mistaken on that one.

You're correct. All the recorded calls were Tripp-Lewinsky calls, with Tripp salivating verbally over Monica's juicy details.

I heard the tape....4 times. The audio was linked off Free Republic by Jonah Goldberg's mother, Lucianne. Lucianne was a confidante of Tripp during the time.
