I have walked down Bourbon hundreds of times through the years and never felt afraid, but Sat morning after the Mccartney concert we walked to Pat O's. I was approached 4 different times by shady characters an we did not feel safe. That's a shame because I always like to make at least one pass on Bourbon if I am in Quarter. I will not walk down Bourbon after 10 pm again. The powers that be in NO better clean it up.
