the issue with les is that it happens game after game. Other coaches make game management mishaps but they usually own up and fix it afterwards. Les makes excuses and is oblivious to his frick ups.

Every coach makes blunders. It is just magnified with us because the popularity of this board. Plus I rarely watch teams outside of our conference. Even then its usually just a few. But we all have watched over 120 games the last 9 1/2 years. Is bet if some if our fans watched that many games of another team, they would notice the dumb decisions by other coaches.
