Yes it is. I have the high deductible plan with HSA. Through work. No broker. Plan is through Aetna.

If the total premium is $960/yr for a $1500 deductible plan, s/he can expect to be getting A LOT of business!

Aetna, like most insurance plans not in AL, market there group health products through brokers for the most part.
