One of the "experts" on Tiger Talk yesterday (I think Derek Ponamski?) said that Les questioned the McGee run on 4th down, stating that he saw him mouth "We should be passing". He also said that this was all Cam's offense.
Does anyone believe this??

I believe the OC for LSU calls the plays within the game plan agreed upon with the HC.

We have a winner here folks...
If Les does not like the play, it doesn't get on the play sheet...

jesus christ

Cam calls the plays. Miles, as the HC, hears the plays and will change the call if he wants, as he is the HC.

This is not anything abnormal.

As in, tactically executing the game plan? 100% Cam does that

Les definitely has influence on the strategic game plan though

I'd like to see cam on the sidelines like he was in baltimore.. especially with the young QB's

I just see alot of comments about this being the same offense for several years and people griping about Les' attempt to run the ball too much. Thought that that meant most people were under the impression that Cam was not really getting to do what he wanted.

Miles also mentioned that he was considering bringing offensive coordinator Cam Cameron to the sidelines, but said it could limit the play calling.

How would it limit playcalling? he's been on the sidelines calling plays in the NFL for years

ever thought it is because Cam doesn't trust the personnel that he has on offense yet?

we saw how the offense looked last year when Cam/Les had an offense that they trusted

I expected a conservative approach this season with 2 young QBs. Les and Cam are smart enough to know that young QBs throwing the ball all over the field is trouble. However, this year the defense stinks, so I don't think a conservative or open offense will make a difference.

Im sure Cam has free reign to call any of the 4 plays Les has in the game plan.

It will be fun to watch when this point is reached. After this painful year I hope we get back to being dominant.
