anyone notice they have been going down hill lately? Everything from dumb tellers, broken ATM's and crappy online banking. I am seriously thinking about pulling my money out and going else where. I have banking with them (Hibernia) since 1995.

I've been very pleased and have no issues at all.

I have been with them since the Hibernia days as well. I haven't noticed a drop off but I don't go into branches very often. The online banking is improving and will only get better. They bought ING bank a while back and they are implementing ING's nicer banking features into their existing customer accounts. My auto loan was upgraded several months ago and there were a bunch of added features.
My only complaint is that my personal account still isn't ready for mobile deposit like my business account. I've been told it's coming for a while.

Haven't had this experience. I love their customer service online and over the phone. Do very little at the physical banking locations though

Never had an issue but haven't been in a branch in years

My sister was a branch manager at Capital One. She enjoyed her job a lot, and was good at it. They changed the KPIs and started really harassing and hassling their managers with unrealistic expectations. She took a pay cut to get out.
