Dang. Where did you order it from? It’s nowhere near sold out, so I’m not sure what the hell they’re talking about with the repress.

Ok. They’re still taking pre orders for it, so I’m guessing they just haven’t received their allotment from AP yet. You should be good.

1979 - Polydor Japan

I always wanted an original cover copy of Electric Ladyland. Hopefully I took the picture from far enough away that I don’t get in trouble.

I looked back at the OP and realized it's 9 years old. I have not been through the entire thread looking to see if there are any recommendations lately.

I am starting from square one. No turntable, receiver or speakers. My wife was about to buy turntable with built in speakers until I talked her out of it.

I need some recs on where to begin. Thanks y'all.

The first question is, what are you looking to spend?

i recently got into the hobby. Got Fluance RT-81 with the 6.5in cabinet speakers for a little over $500. Zeroed in on it for looks. Been pretty happy. Could spend more for better models but needed money to buy the LPs, haha. Think someone else in this thread got similar model based on pics
