How accurate have you found the NADA values to be on used ATV's? I'm looking to sell one and am curious as to the accuracy of the numbers.

Just tell us what you have and how much. Let's get straight to the point here

You know classifieds are frowned upon here, hence my omission of all relevant data points.

I find the NADA values to be pretty high. Everything I see going across classifieds around here is a good deal lower than NADA.
But it can't hurt to ask for top dollar. You can never work your way up.

You're asking for pricing suggestions though, not actually trying to sell. I find NADA can sometimes be a little bit on the high side. Post up what you have and people can get a better idea.

its like KBB for a car, the dealership will never give you what KBB says its worth

Look around you for what they are selling for

No, I'm trying to sell, just not here.

Hammer I've done that and the only local results were a state over - at a five percent higher figure than NADA/KBB retail figures.

I almost sold mine last year, and found NADA/KBB to be higher than most of my offers. Kept it.

Oh, and OG was the lowest of the lowballs!

Seriously, just tell us the make and model and we can try to give an idea

I sold a 98 4wd model 4trax for $1400 last year. Had Lots of calls and offers. NADA value was around $1000.

Get on CL and ebay and autotrader, etc., for prices. It is whatever the Market will pay or whatever a buyer will pay based on their circumstance. I have seen people overpay IMo but they got what they wanted. I also saw a guy on FB trade a nice 4 wheeler, nuttin special, for a good 4x4 truck. It happens.

They are a bit high in my experience.
