Have u ever seen a coach that divides the fan base so much? U love him or hate him. It's got to be 50/50 with our fans as far as who likes him and who don't. Think it really separated us, with the arguing about him. Oh and by the way, I don't like him

I still like the man, just wish he wouldn't try to run through a brick wall every Saturday.

some people here hated him when he was hired, hated him when he won a title, hate him now after 4 straight 10-win seasons. he doesnt divide the fans, we just have a lot of fans who are spoiled, selfish, and dumb.

Luv CLM! He's a winner! But, he must realize that the game is changing such that we can no longer line up and run over folks ... A spread formation every now and then would be a great addition. That said, ranters, don't sell these Tigers nor their head man short just yet.

LSU fans hate the coach almost as much as they love the backup quarterback.

I like Miles but realize he's stubborn as hell.

EVERY LSU head football coach has divided the fans. It's just part of the deal.

Miles is the most divisive HC in the history of LSU football.

I love Les, but this weekend was an absolute embarrassment.

Les is a C+ coach. The fact that he has so many talented players (but doesn't get full use out of them) creates the perception that he's a B+ or better coach. But with that said, he ain't going nowhere.

It's true. Some people really don't like the winningest coach in the history of LSU football. I wish I could show them a look into the crystal ball, where Les takes the gig to Michigan at the end of the season, and we spend the next 2 coaches' tenures worth in the SEC cellar.

Les doesn't divide anybody. It's the choice of people to like him or hate him. Most that don't like him are just butt hurt because we don't have Saban. Poor Les is like the devil, gets blamed for everything.

Nope dummy. Losses divide fans. We're not nearly as divided as Florida... and watch Athens grind after the Dawgs loss to SC... And for that matter SC grind after a win at Vandy... The record for Les is inarguable. What we have is a young team that is also weak up the middle and by weak I mean physically less strong than the SEC guys on the other side of the line... We went fast all over and now we're getting pushed around by one team though it looks like we could get pushed by all in the SEC west... Arky is allegedly the worst team in the West and it looks to me like they are going to be the best running team by November... They are huge and they are built for strength.

Your last name is familiar. Related to a Bama fan?

Les doesnt divide people. There are people of average intelligence, people below it, and people above it.

Reason and intelligence separate not only our fanbase, but this nation. Blame education, ignorance, our government, Television/media, and even technology. They are the cause of the slow conversion of the wise into the retarded, not Les

Les is a good coach and a great guy and he will be good enough to win you 8-9 games a year and get you to a mid level bowl game. A lot of programs would be satisfied with that but the problem is that with the resources and talent LSU is capable of recruiting, that is not, should not, and is not supposed to be the ceiling of the LSU football team. We should be on the level of greatness that Alabama is at, instead we're just a good team that wins 70-80% of its games. I want consistent contention to compete for and win SEC and national championships, not get a BCS bowl invite once every four years.

The fans may as well learn to like him. They're stuck with him. He'll never lose enough to get fired.
