What makes you think this, other than the plays themselves?

He never has a playsheet (that I've seen), yet Cam does. Does he just have fantastic memory? Hard to come to the conclusion he's actually calling the plays if you watch him.

:sigh:

you dont think Miles tells them the overall strategy? You dont think they have meetings before the game where he outline show the game should go?

I will be the first to admit that I would argue that CC is in complete control of the offense... after Saturday, I think I am wrong

Most people believe Cam calls the plays but is handcuffed by Les. He prob has a quota he has to hit every game. Les tells him we have to run toss up the middle 8 times, option to short side 3 times a game and %80 of the plays must have a fullback in the game.

Directs strategy, sure. Calling specific plays, as many here suggest, not so much.

it's my favorite thing about the haters. they think he's a moron that can't complete a sentence AND some diabolical genius carefully plotting to sink our offense on every single play.

I think Cam is of the same offensive mind as Les. And that's why he was hired.

Beginning of the week coaches gameplan for each team. During that time they choose certain plays to run...leaving out a bunch that simply aren't part of the gameplan.

Lets just say for the sake of arguement CLM is not a huge part of the gameplan....why would he allow an OC to call such shitty games?

Here is my reasoning:

We have had three different coordinators from 3 extremely different coaching styles, yet we have seen the same exact formations and playcalls from all 3 of them. That just seems very interesting or coincidental

The fact that the same plays, and philosophy, has continued through multiple, different OCs.

In the Les Miles era, regardless of who our offensive coordinator is, it's always clear who is calling the plays. Whenever it looks like it did Saturday, I assure you Lesticles is calling the shots offensively

but when plays work...those are the plays Cam bucks the system and doesn't listen to Les.

obviously.

Never remember the Ravens running two tight end, I formation, one wide receiver sets 30% of the time

Every team does this. I never bought into him calling plays, which is what idiots like you have said for years. But yes coaches have a philosophy, they plays were there, our players just didnt make them. And its hard when your oline is the weak part of ur offense.
