The point is that the ACA was supposed to fix the problems. It's a colossal failure.

This isn't a "change." It was, by far, the cheapest ACA plan in Minnesota. And now it's gone. Finished. Bye bye. And they're not changing the plan. They're not offering it any more.

The largest insurer in a state pulling out of the exchange, because it is not finically feasible is slightly different than an insurer changing plans.

Silly. This isn't a small change. 60% of the Obamacare plans in MN are off the market next year. Think about the consequences of that. See any positives?
