or high on narcotics while out with his kids.
quote:ETA: Huntington's is a terminal genetic disease. The pertinent here is it leads to lack of muscular coordination including ability to speak. To give a sense of the extreme physical threat these brave cops were exposed to as three of them crushed this guy against the street, here's a video of a man suffering with Huntington's ( LINK)
As my uncle and his two children headed towards the store before heading to the park together they crossed an intersection to the other side when the stroller became hung up on the curb. As the light changed, to keep his children out of harms way he hurriedly put his two year old on the curb, told her to stay put and pulled the stroller up on the curb.
In this moment someone mistook my uncles actions to keep his kids safe as child abuse. The police were then called and approached him down the street and began to question him. Assuming because of his appearance he was high on narcotics with out reason they began to sub due him, macing and beating him in the head as he fell to his face were he was then held with a great amount of force by two officers double his size as a third one landed on his torso.
For the the next ten minutes as my cousins watch unattended, my uncle pleads and cries out in pain for the lack of breath and agony being applied to him.
Unknown to the police my uncle suffers from Huntington’s disease. For those unfamiliar it is very similar to Parkinson’s. So as he lay there uncontrollably moving due to his terminal condition, he is forcefully detained to the point of screaming for help. He is spitting blood and drowning in it and the officer holding his head only applies more pressure and instructs him to “quit spitting”.
Video (Warning: If you're familiar with Huntington's Disease, This is Hard to Watch)

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the vast majority of cops are human filth. Everyone has their favorite story or contact that is a 'nice' cop. Understand they are a rare exception in a land of ticket quotas, Army surplus, and Police Unions.

He's gonna get paid. Or, his heirs will.....

Probably could have charged him with felony assaulting an officer for that.
Assuming they weren't having secks in public, that's fricked up.
Your thread is better than mine, btw.

Too bad a citizen didn't jump in and give these pieces of shite a taste of their own medicine.

Exact reason why officers should be able to be held personally accountable for their actions and not hide behind the city or their union.

Yep, the dude was charged with battery of an officer.

Organized crime gangs > police
At least organized gangs have rules and abide by them. And if you do frick up you are punished instead of slapped on the wrist and sent home with pay.

Please tell me that his family is about to litigate the frick out of that PD.
This incident is going to cost the PD and the city a pretty penny.

I say what I mean. Filth.
I've known 'em from working security and a lot of cops are filth. The kind of person that has a chip on their shoulder about respect. That would take the badge so they can drink their old bosses coffee hoping they'd be too intimated to stop them. The kind of person who would run red lights with sirens on. Maybe drag race other cops.
I'm describing people I've known. I didn't even mention the recent off duty cop who drove the cities police car into the lake while drunk.

cops being cops. they are rarely held accountable for their actions. Something like this should be grounds for immediate termination. I bet they get a few weeks off paid vacation and then slapped on the wrist with some desk jockey stuff for a few weeks before they are allowed to attack citizens again. The "good" cops will stand by silently or defend them

I'm just so fricking over cops. When they briefly let up on him he just lays there, then more come and have to immediately jam a knee into his neck and back. frick them, I hope the absolute worst for all of them.
