I'm about to start looking for a used vehicle. Should I hope to get the vehicle for a little above Kellys blue book private party value? Probably be in the 15k range

Just go in and tell them what you want to pay each month and the will hook you up.

Walk into the salesman's office and pull your dick out and put in on the table.
You'll either get your price or get arrested. Are you a gambling man?

I'm thinking about getting married. I want to get a mate who's a bit better than me.
Any suggestions?

Always offer high and let them talk you down in price.

Yes, all used cars are worth 15k. So if that's what u shoot for, it's a good start. Then if u get it for under that, you pulled off one hell of a steal. Good luck

the big variable is the condition of the car...the seller always feels that the car is in the best of shape and will want the $ for that grade of car...however, that is seldom the reality...
ETA: I would shoot for loan value and try to end up somewhere marginally above that...

If you are looking for a used car try CarMax. There is no haggling and the company has great national track record.
