45 minutes into a live sports center and the have not covered any sports or sporting event. It's been all domestic violence, and by the tone of the show, you'd swear a 9/11 type of domestic violence event happened yesterday. Oh and Hannah storm fricking sucks......

Thanks, cause without this update I would have never known. When you don't watch the channel of shows that annoy you, you don't get upset about it. I quit watching the political correctness network a long time ago.

All they know is that your TV is tuned in. In their minds, you like what you're seeing and they like the money it brings in.

An hour in and they still haven't covered anything else

I'm sure it's worse than usual, but Sunday morning has always been heavy on Outside the Lines-type stories and bad about catching highlights and "actual sports." ESPNU on Sunday mornings has the reairing of College Football Final.

Oh lookie and now they have Jamele Hill on to throw race and gender bias into the argument.
Seriously, there are actually people who think that the media is coming down too hard on Rice and Peterson because they're black?

We need a sports network that covers actual sports.
We also need a music network that shows actual music videos and a weather network that covers the actual weather.

Had to turn it off when the one woman said Rice and someone else were being treated more harshly because they were black men.
Luckily I had just started watching.

They literally ask the PR guy one question for 15 seconds then let Hannah lecture us for no reason.
We get it - Domestic violence is bad. NFL fricked up.
But frick.

I cannot believe what they are doing with this coverage. Talk about the fricking games and not this TMZ level reporting.

I do like the basic universal endorsement of proper corporal punishment.

Agreed, its has its place and IMO a parent should pick their spots for using. The key is knowing your kid and knowing what buttons to push to keep them on the right path. Spankings work for some and others it takes other forms of punishment. ESPN will eventually have to change this over the top bullshite. That little segment was totally overboard. Just report whats happening. Explain that the punishment went too far when it reached the point of causing bleeding. Then pretty much leave it at that. I watch ESPN for sports, if I want to hear all of the ills of the world I will watch FOX, CNN or some other news channel.
