I need a review of Los Sombreros in Walker and Bistro's in Albany

Sombreros is ok for tex mex
Bistro blows like a bus load of aggies on a road trip

Los sombreros food is decent. The owner Tommy is great though. He's the reason we go back.

This is why sombreros is basically las palmas, but given the choice we will always pick sombreros over las palmas bc of Tommy. He wants you to enjoy your meal and in the RARE instance something is wrong, he goes out of his way to make up for it.

Fernando's is worlds better than Los Sombreros as far as Walker goes.

But I wouldn't bring either there on a date. If you're looking for a place to bring a date, and you're looking at LP, you're already starting off on the wrong foot.
