They really can't think of enough ways to waste all of the money they get from us.
They built some cities a while back that I'm pretty sure are mostly empty. They just like to build things and spend money it appears

You guys need to read this article. It is damn fascinating.

I imagine that any challenge put forth by China for the second island chain will be well timed and executed. Perhaps to coincide with a failing US administration, a war weary US populace and the calling in of a few trillion dollars of US debt held by China. But that would never happen anytime soon...
