Brees likes Cooks. Him, Colston, and Graham will get a majority of the the targets, IMO.

Now will all improve greatly? Maybe not but if each sees 5 more targets and Cadet/Ingram/Robinson see 10+ due to more playing time then that dives into what Sproles/Thomas/Moore had....
I also don't think Brees will throw 650 times again which reduces the targets because I believe Ingram goes off for 1200 yards this year.
