I have a cousin coming in town who can't have gluten. I was going to fry done duck breast and make a gravy. What kind of gluten free flour makes the best gravy? Any other gluten free cooking tips are welcome

TIA

Try using potato starch instead of flour. It won't be as shiny/gluey as cornstarch, but will still give nice body/texture.

Tell the cousin he can't eat gravy. Eat his share an' tell him how good it is.

This Celiac disease is getting entirely out of hand. Must be highly contagious or something because everyone seems to be contracting it lately.

Make a grease gravy. I never had flour in gravy growing up, and honestly it tastes much better without it.
