Help me pick what type of mattress to purchase.
I currently have a Serta perfect day that is 5 years old and it hasn't held up very well. Very interested in memory foam and maybe even select comfort. Help me out with your recommendations.

there was a thread on this just a day or two ago, so you may want to try to search it up...
fwiw, there were a number of folks in there that had serta mattresses (me included) that have not held up well at all...mine was sagging when it was less than a year old...

Bought new Serta pillowtop mattresses for two of my kids less than four years ago. Both need to be replaced.

Ah....the weekly what mattress should I buy thread.
I don't understand these. What I find comfortable may not be what you find comfortable. I mean I guess suggestions are okay, but just go lay on the mattresses at the 1000 mattress firms down Siegen lane, of the closest road to you.

HAD a Serta. Never do it again. Bastard was so uncomfortable that it may have even been a factor in my divorce (people who don't sleep well can be pretty fricking grouchy). Sonofabitch is hitting the side ditch as soon as my new one arrives.
Did a bit of research and settled on the following:
Signature Sleep 12-Inch Memory Foam Mattress, Queen by Signature Sleep
Check it out on Amazon.com. Good reviews. Free delivery.

We just purchased a sealy posturpedic with the gel comfort cool system. We love it a ridiculous amount. We've only had it for a few weeks though so can't attest to long term stability.
