Going on a second date soon......need advice

So after being out of the dating scene for a while and a long resistance to trying online dating, I said what the heck and joined a site. Ended up getting in touch with an attractive woman who was interested in meeting. We recently met up for a casual meeting and although my game is a little rusty things went pretty well. Turns out she was really sweet and pleasant to be with and she looked young and amazing (face, body, hair, etc) for someone several years out of college. We talked and talked until we closed down the place we met down. Great conversation and laughs and she suggested meeting up again during the date. I was a gentlemen (no good night kiss). Sent her a message suggesting a time and a place for second meeting. She agreed but to an earlier meeting at a different place.
Long story short, I can already tell I like this girl and I'm stuck between taking things slowly and risking getting friend zoned or ramping things up a bit and go for the night ending kiss to make it clear how I feel about her. Dates are kinda like sales calls, you only have a very limited number of chances to close the deal. A second or even third date without at least a kiss or light make out session can seal your friend zone fate. Yet a poorly timed aggressive move can also seal your fate. What should my strategy be?

Should have kissed at end of first date. It is a freaking dating site; not a kindergarten class

This.
And you would be surprised how many women are on there honestly looking for love. Take it slow.
