The Doctors end from "The End of Time" was just brilliant. His speech upon realizing his inevitable death showed his true emotions, his largely unnoticed arrogance, mixed with fear and sadness, and then his true humanity by sacrificing himself to save Donna's grandfather. Tennant did an amazing job.
His final goodbye to his friends and companions was a great way to send off Tennant.

Tennant's goodbye was very good. Very emotional.
I like Smith's , though.

I greatly prefer matt smith's exit. I lost it when he dropped his bow tie on the ground. He left with dignity, unlike tennant.

Smith's exit was better (Tennant's was pretty whiny and drawn out), except for the full-grown Amy Pond part. I was extremely surprised (and pleased, because it would have ruined his entire era) they didn't kiss at that part.
ETA: They just need to make a spinoff for Strax and co.
ETA2: BBC's putting out a "Doctor Who Extra" weekly on iPlayer.
There's also going to be a shot at "Doctor-Companion" romances in the opener.
Back on track, probably my favorite moment from New-Who are the German Daleks in Journey's End.

I liked Amy's appearance, but if they had kissed it definitely would have ruined the era. (Not just because amy is his mother-in-law.) One of the best parts of that era is amy and Rory's relationship, specifically her character progression and eventual devotion to Rory after being so infatuated with the doctor. It's basically the antithesis of the doctor and rose, who left mickey at the drop of a hat, constantly belittled him, and never looked back. And 10 had no problem doing so.

This girl is making it hard for me to focus on the storyline. Easily one of the hottest women I've ever seen.

I actually love watching the tenth doctor. And David tennant is one of my favorite actors. I started watching doctor who because I loved him in broadchurch.

I started with the 9th doctor, but Tennant was my favorite.
Couldn't stand Rose or Amy.
My favorite episode was Waters of Mars.

I loved them both.
I absolutely love Clara.
I hated Donna.
Martha was meh.

I tried to block Donna out of my mind in that post, she was the worst.
I'm in love with Clara. I want her all for myself.

I loved Donna by the end of her stint.

She's one of my favorites of the new series. I'll never forgive the tenth doctor for what he inadvertently did to Donna because of his vanity.
Love Rory and Amy.
Clara is very likable.
Like Martha
Like mickey ok
Hate Rose. She's insufferable.

Good choice

I really liked Rose. She was a better rounded character than Amy or Clara. At least her very existence wasn't centered around the Doctor, unlike "The Girl Who Waited" or "The Impossible Girl". And I dunno if Billie Piper had bad plastic surgery or lost too much weight, but she was smokin' fine.

Waters of Mars is a top 5 for me. No doubt.
Off the top of my head, my five favorite episodes would be.
Waters
Vincent and the Doctor
The God Complex
The Impossible Planet/Satan Pit
Parting of the Ways
But there are so many more awesome ones
