The cop will be indicted - if not by the local or state authorities, then for federal civil rights violations. At least based on what little evidence we've been presented, I hope I'm wrong.

What "evidence" points to this being the outcome ? Not bogus claims, evidence released to this point.

it would still have to get through a grand jury to do so. Its not like holder can waive a wand and come up with an indictment.
