Advice on my PC part selection

I am thinking about building a PC. I just want to be able to play some games in decent quality as well as use for general work. I want to stay around the 600$ range (not including peripherals and os) I made a build on the pcpicker site. I would like opinions on what is good and bad, needs upping or downing as far as performance/quality.

Any advice is appreciated.

You wont need an aftermarket cooler for a budget build. Blue ray drive isn't necessary unless you have something against torrenting movies. Why did you add a wireless card and a LAN card?
Anyway, if you dont mind buying parts used, you can get that same video card I put for $100-120

I should need just the wireless card because I can connect a wired connection to the motherboard correct?
The Blu-Ray is for some Bluray specific media I have. Just a luxury.

You dont need anything if you're going to wire it straight to the motherboard

you're saying that now. when you get around to gaming you are going to wish you could turn the settings up

He can only turn the settings up, when LSU turns the tuition down.

Get the build Blue configured.
However, I wanted to add:
I have 4 video cards for sale.
1 x HIS R9-280X
HIS iPower IceQ X² Boost Clock
Newegg Link
Reference design.
$165 plus shipping
1 x HIS R9-270X
HIS IceQ X² Boost
Newegg Link
Reference design.
$100 plus shipping
2 x PowerColor R9-270X
PowerColor PCS+ AXR9
Newegg Link
$100 each plus shipping
FYI, the 270x is the same as the 7870 but with better memory with higher clocks.

To clarify: I need the wireless card because it will not always be on a wired connection.
I need to have the option for both.

Actually, you might want to edit your part list. You accidentally added a single 8GB stick instead of a 2x4GB kit.
