Since you're from Tennessee, I'm guessing you don't drive that area much? I can count on one hand the number of times I have seen cops posted up looking for traffic violations in that spot. You think they just drove by him and said, "White bale, must be drugs"? At 9am on a Saturday?

FWIW, LSP always has several vehicles pulled over between Pumpkin Center and the I-55 exit ramp. There are always several LSP SUVs sitting behind the trees along the Pumpkin Center on ramp waiting and watching
