Who says people are dropping out?

1. Some are dropping out.

2. Some are former jobless getting jobs so they no longer need their Obamacare policies. Technically they too are "dropping out" but in a good way.

3. Some are dying.

4. Some are emigrating.

5. Some are reaching the age when you qualify for Medicare.

6. Some are reaching age 27, the age when a youth gets tossed from his parents policy under Obamacare.

7. Some are joinging the federal work force where their needs are taken care of by the gvt.

Folks who were not qualified (illegals, etc) were initially allowed to enroll, albeit for a few months under the auspices they could prove qualifications. It created a falsely high initial enrollment statistic. When (predictably) these enrollees couldn't qualify, they were kicked off the plan.
