More a/c help. Air not blowing out vents

Compressor is on in the apartment but cool air is not blowing out of the vents on the ceiling.
Something frozen? Turn just the fan on for a while and let it defrost? Repair guy tomorrow, but it's hot as crap-balls tonight. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

My AC is a crisp 69 degrees just so you know

Check for frozen coils.
If frozen, let only the fan blow, but AC cooling off.
Could be very dirty filter by the blower unit, too,

is any air blowing out of the vents or is it just hot?....can you hear the inside fan running?...

Hopefully it gets repaired soon....had the same problem and boy did it suck. about 2 years ago in the middle of goddamn summer
