Good job man. Keep it up and you hit milestone after milestone. When you reach a goal, set a new one. Don't get satisfied!
Thanks! That's what I keep telling myself. Complacency is the worst.

Not to hijack, but I've been there. When I was 25 I was as unhealthy as I had ever been. Lost 70 lbs in less than a year.
Opened up all kinds of doors and enabled me to do things I pretty much written off. Not to mention the health benefits.
Congrats to you too. That's what I'm trying to do for myself as well.

Good job, man. Keep it up. I was 290 in college, and got down to 216 last fall, but got back up to 231 a couple weeks ago. Business lunches and beer have caused the gain. I said frick this shite when I got over 230. I'd like to get down around 210 and go from there. I don't have time to commit to working out every day, so I'm on a little portion control/healthier food diet. Been about 10 days and I'm back down to 226. Slow process, but it works and you have to be committed. Used to be a fat arse, now I'm a handsome bastard according to the womens.
Keep it up. It's good that you have time to work out, because depending on your job after college you may not have the time to commit to it. So get to a good number and even if you can't workout, you can still maintain.

Great job man! Congrats on graduation as well.
I am down from 180 to 155, and running my first 5k on Sunday at 39 years old.

I can't decide whether I am more impressed by the weight loss or the courage it took to post something like this on the OT. As someone who lost 80 pounds in 6 months, I know the high you are riding right now. Keep it up. It keeps getting better.

Right now, I want to get down to about 245-250 by December.

Keep up good work bud. Here is mine.

Nice work bruh. I was 323 July 4th 2011 and decided it was time to drop it. I joined weight watchers and really learned how to eat and exercise and lost 132 pounds in 2 years. I am hovering around 195 and feeling amazing. Keep it up!
