Very cool.

What kind of diet/exercise plan are you falling?

Wife and I have been doing a lazy keto diet since the end of July. I've gone from 270 to 239 lbs in less than 4 months. Wife has lost closer to 35 lbs.

I stopped eating fried foods and found other healthier options that I actually liked. Salads are actually good, who knew? I try to eat 4 small meals a day for my metabolism and eat lots of protein. I work out 4 times a week usually. 2 days of cardio and 2 days of weight training.

You drink soft drinks or did you cut those out too?

I cut those too. I drink one every now and then, but not as much as I used to.

That's the ticket right there. So hard to resist the fried food that seems to be EVERYWHERE and the ONLY option. Good job, man, on that accomplishment alone.

The workouts: 4 days a week is very good. I have found that when you look at a food item and try to guess how much you would have to work out to lose the calories in the prospective food item, you start to choose something else (low calorie, low fat, low carb) and wind up hitting the gym with greater intensity to make up for what you ALMOST ate. Win-Win situation, and it only accelerates your progress.

Keep up the good work!

I did this for lent and it was actually really easy to do. I've probably only had 3-4 since... not including mixed drinks

I was really surprised at how easy it was considering how much I used to drink em. I was known to drink at least 3-4 cans of Dr. Pepper in one sitting

Throw down! And try not to fall off the wagon completely. My mom/grandma's cooking is my weakness.
