I know 2 people that have Herpes and don't tell their lovers.....

Should that be illegal...as in...a crime?
(they do and don't have protected sex, but from what I understand, that doesn't really reduce the chance of infection by more than 50%)

Having genital herpes and not telling a potential sexy partner is just plain wrong and should be a crime.
A few years ago, I was reconnecting with an old friend from high school. We were set to spend a weekend together after a few weeks of texting/sexting/talking. Then she laid the bomb on me that she has genital herpes and would understand if I didn't want to meet her. It would have been fun to see her and party for the weekend, but I couldn't take the chance.
