I get that letting people fire someone for something as trivial as sexual preference is not acceptable, but should we really allow people to waltz into their office, dressed like a woman, and say, "I go by Cindy now!". There's gotta be a limit. And what the hell is the Q they add in at the end now?

Their literature says Q stands for both queer and questioning (as in questioning their sexuality).

Q is questioning. We've had this discussion on the PT a few times before.
I've come to the conclusion that questioning is an adminission that the gay is more environmental and less genetic. That is, WTF are you doing questioning if you are born that way? If you are questioning, you are gay.

I've always wondered if normal everyday gay people cringe at the thought of being lumped in with the T of the acronym.

So people are getting fired for questioning their sexuality? Doubt it. They're just being drama queens at this point. Don't fire people for what they do on their own time. Cool. No need to label everything but draw the line at transgender.

My business ethics prof was a pre-op tranny. She looked like a 14 year old boy. The last TWO frickING WEEKS of class were spent "educating" us on the merits of T-hiring. The major debate was "if you hire a woman, but she becomes a man, can you fire him?"

I don't need to, their father's X or Y chromosome already dictated their gender to them.
The fact that they choose to behave as the opposite sex is unfortunate, just like any other person whose underlying mental disorder manifests itself in their actions.

The limit is when any employee's actions hinder his/her ability to do the job, become a distraction to other employees or customers, or cost the business money.

I don't have to dictate gender. It's there already. If someone wakes up an decides, "wonder what having a vag is like", and that's not something you like in your car salesman, then you should be allowed to fire the guy.

Gender can not be dictated. You either or, or you are not. If you have a penis, you are a male. If you have a vagina, you are a female. Why can't you liberals understand basic anatomy? Why are you even questioning the most basic elements of life?
