Even though I would love to play with them and motorboat the frick out of them, there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. Looking at the big picture and long term, it's in her best interest to get a reduction to live an optimal life comfortably.

Breast reduction when done correctly can improve the shape and contour of the breast. Also, the nipple is made smaller and placed in the optimal position. It's a good operation.
