the amount of money spent, its quite disappointing.
This. It really is disappointing because it would cost a ton more to go back and fix the frick ups.
It really is upsetting.

It just seems when you are spending millions of dollars, you could come up with something that looks better than the West and South sides of the stadium.
Maybe its just me, but this looks like a high school student could of designed it.
I think above all its the lack of continuity around the stadium.

The LEGO blocks are a temporary solution so that the bathrooms will be functional for this season. The stadium was put way behind schedule due to some soil conditions that differed materially from those on the plans. They had to drive more and deeper piles than initially planned, plus there were tons of utilities present that were not on any of their maps.
They basically ran out of time to finish the bathrooms because of this, so they threw up the LEGO blocks so that they would at least be functional. During the offseason, that part of the addition will be finished, aka no more lego blocks.

Since you seem to be in the know, wasn't the TAF building facade supposed to be all glass?

Hope this is true but all of the pre construction renderings show the Lego block buildings.

Those structures are in every rendering. What do they plan to do to fix them now?

He's not in the know...
That seems ridiculous. Plus, the "lego blocks" are in the original rendering.
Which was posted as the pile-driving started.

due to a huge mistake, the lego blocks were a last minute addition before the design was submitted. no idea why lsu was ok with it, but they were.

It is going to be ridiculously hot up there until the Bama game.

Due to concerns that showing the game on the wall would lead to reduced attendance inside the stadium, LSU has decided to instead stream the TD game thread on the wall.
