What are some of the issues they are facing with these movies?

The author couldn't figure out a decent way to make katniss relevant beyond being a symbol for the rebellion. Her quest was pointless and a waste pages

I enjoyed the book more than the other two. I am the only person apparently.

Katniss is a whiny bitch the entire series. I hate Katniss Everdeen.

I know she's hot, but Peeta should have kicked that unappreciative bitch to the side

Peeta's character went to shite with that brainwashing theme. It seems as though the writer had no idea how to end the story. Just a poorly written end to an okay story.

the fact that it is movieS instead of movie.

the fact that they are splitting the book with the least content into two films.

it will be hard to make anyone care when Prim dies. just like the book, i really didn't care about prim and just was like "umm, ok" when they killed her.

My main problem, is there are essentially 2 main characters. And the last book eliminates one of them for the majority of the time. Youll probably get a lot of Peeta time while he was at the capitol that wasnt in the book.

The main issue they are facing is how to make a crappy book into a good movie.

If Collins does not have issues with it, they can make a really good movie(s) by using the book as a starting point only. Mockingjay was a tough read.
