y MJ with Washington has done it at age 36+. Payton was next closest at 17 ppg.
Idk if he can. That Lakers team is gonna be bad, and who knows how hes gonna look after the past 2 years.

I like the Lakers squad this coming season. Could easily sneak into the playoffs. Better depth all around. Just don't have a fricking center worth a damn on the roster.

It honestly depends on the Achilles. Kobe was damn good in 2012-2013 averaging 27/6/6 on 46% shooting. If he is very close to that level, then absolutely. The Achilles is a tough one to recover from though.
Kobe was a top four or so player just two years ago. Healthy Kobe is still a stud.

Nobody on the Lakers roster is going to tell Kobe not to shoot. So, yes.

Kobe gets half his points at the line. Not enough balls for him and Nick Young.
Kobe will probably be injured for half the season. So there's that.

If healthy, sure.
I mean he averaged 28ppg at 33 and 27.3ppg at 34.
And it sounds like he's in great shape right now and looks like he's ready to go. I could easily see him averaging 22-23ppg.

This is kobe we're talking about.
If he's able to run and play for 36minutes, he's jacking up a minimal 15 shots a game.

he's a great shooter on a bad team. Yes, he will average over 20 if he can stay moderately healthy
