Did she know you saw her with the other guy? IF not just wait have her tailed with photos. Then once you get the SOLID PROOF go to the lawyer draw up the papers. Pack her shite put it out on the front lawn and tell her YOUR CRAP IS ON THE LAWN WITH A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE SIGN ON IT. Change the locks and move on.

Know a guy that walked in on this. Was a LEO at the time and carrying a side arm.
Calmly walked out the house and left.
15 years later was arrested and jailed for assault with a deadly weapon. Never asked what THAT guy did to draw such a reaction out of him.

I knew a guy who came home to find his brother banging his wife. They divorced and she married the brother. The guy I knew had 2 kids with the slut, so now the kids have a stepdad who is also their uncle. It fricked my friend up pretty badly. He wound up dying from an accidental overdose.
