Any information otherwise would be helpful.

Well this is my assertion.
First time fighting/seeing each other. No way Amazo can hand. I'm sure Loki could incapacitate him in some way.
Multiple fights, then that would go to Amazo, but one shot deal I'd have to say that favors Loki.
Any thoughts on Freeze and Venom.
I say, one shot from Freeze incapacitates him, and Freeze moves on!

I'm at work, so I'll have to look it up later. But he has fought the Justice League when Zatanna was a part of the team. And if I remember correctly, he gained her power just like he did everyone else's. His power is to copy the abilities of others. Now where have I seen that limits which abilities he can copy.

I don't know if he's fought anyone with magic powers since the New 52 started, but I know prior to this he has copied Zatanna's magic powers.
